CONCIERGE SERVICES BY LEVEL
Concierge Level I
Our basic service plan that is designed for the absent homeowner who is looking for interior security and utilities inspections, general repair services, as well as seasonal maintenance of the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems.
Services Performed:
- Weekly property security check.
- Weekly check of HVAC functionality, verify temperature settings, refrigerator/freezer operation, exercise taps and toilets to ensure water in the traps.
- Replace HVAC filters bi-monthly.
Concierge Level II
Our mid-level service plan is ideally suited for the part-time resident or the staycation homeowner. This plan features four security inspection checks a month with the addition of arranging exterior and landscape maintenance.
Services Performed:
- Weekly property security check.
- Weekly check of HVAC functionality, verify temperature settings, refrigerator/freezer operation, exercise taps and toilets to ensure water in the traps.
- Weekly watering and basic indoor and outdoor houseplant care.
- Replace HVAC filters bi-monthly.
- Weekly Mail and Package Service.
- Home preparation and departure service. (Open house prior to arrival to set temperatures, turn off security alarm, stock fireplaces, hot tub temperature checks, and turn on lighting. Secure the property upon departure, general tidying, activate alarm system. Limit 1 opening - closing services per month.)
- Vehicle Exercise: Start and run 2 vehicles for 10 minutes twice a month.
Concierge Level III
Our ultimate service plan is designed for the vacation estate owner. This plan offers four security and property inspections per month with additional attention to interior detailing and exterior preventive maintenance.
Services Preformed:
-Weekly property security check.
- Weekly check of HVAC functionality, verify temperature settings, refrigerator/freezer operation, exercise taps and toilets to ensure water in the traps.
- Weekly watering and basic indoor and outdoor houseplant care.
- Maintain interior and exterior light bulbs.
- Replace HVAC filters bi-monthly.
- Weekly Mail and Package Service.
- Home preparation and departure service. (Open house prior to arrival to set temperatures, turn off security alarm, stock fireplaces, hot tub temperature checks, and turn on lighting. Secure the property upon departure, general tidying, activate alarm system. Limit 3 opening - closing services per month.)
- Vehicle Exercise: Start and run 2 vehicles for 10 minutes twice a month.
- Key Holder Service: Respond to and document 3 security alarm activation calls per month, advise owner/contact person as necessary. Additional calls will incur additional cost of $45 per hour.
-Hot Tub Checks, Temperature, Quarterly Draining & Cleaning, & Chemicals.
Al La Carte Concierge Level Services
- Annual Inspection of Fire Suppression/ Extinguishing System - Cost + 10%.
- Annual Inspection and Servicing of HVAC Systems - $45 Per Hour.
- Fall and Spring Shutdown/ Winterization/ Start-up of Air-Conditioning System - Call for Estimate.
- General Repairs and Handyman Service, as Needed - $45 Per Hour.
- Exterior/ Interior Painting or Staining Based on a Proactive Schedule.
- Pressure Washing of Exterior Surfaces - $45 Per Hour.
- Window Washing; Exterior 2x Per Year; Interior 1x Per Year - Cost + 10%.
- Spring and Fall Cleanups, Including Gutter Cleaning - $45 Per Hour.
- Lawn Sprinkler Preparation for Season - $65 Per Hour.
- Weekly Lawn Mowing - Call for Estimate.
- Garden Care - Call for Estimate.
- Spring Lawn Aeration – $40 - $60 depending on lawn size.
- Spring/ Summer/ Fall Fertilization - Call for Estimate.
- Winterization of Sprinkler System - Cost + 10%.
- Weekly Hot Tub Maintenance - $125 per month.
- Snow Removal on Driveways and Walkways - Call for Estimate.
- Automobile care and service for two vehicles. Maintain vehicles IAW manufacturer’s recommended service plan, act on service bulletins and recalls, annual vehicle registration, inspection, and emissions inspections. 2 car washes in conjunction with home preparation/departure service per month. 2 complete vehicle-detailing services per year - Ask for Quote.
Personal Concierge Services
Park City Concierge Services LLC will take care of all the details that allow you to fully enjoy your leisure time while in your vacation home and on the go. Special requests? Just ask --- we’ll take care of the details.
We offer airport transfers, securing event tickets, ski ticket delivery, spa appointments, shopping services (groceries, beverages and house wares), household services (move-in and set-up, housekeeping, window washing, firewood delivery), recreation (equipment rentals, lift passes, golf tee times, health club passes, private trainers, massage). We can also arrange guided excursions for white water rafting, fly-fishing, rock climbing, hiking, mountain biking, backcountry trips, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, backcountry skiing, ATVing, sleigh rides, hot air balloon rides and horseback riding. Additionally, we can arrange Christmas event packages which include home decorating, gift shopping and gift wrapping.
Housekeeping Services
We offer a complete interior cleaning of your home including:
Kitchen - Appliances inside and out, counter tops, sink, floor.
Bathrooms - Tubs, showers, counters, mirrors, toilets, floors.
Dusting - Furniture, blinds, woodwork & fireplace.
Laundry - Bed and bath linens.
Per 4 Bedroom Home - Estimate Required.

Payments
All services must be secured by a major credit card. Payment for all services will be billed in advance prior to service being rendered. These may be paid in advance by check, cash, credit card or money order. Expenses, purchases & service charges will be billed each day to your credit card & will be accompanied by an itemized statement. Payment must be made to Park City Concierge Services LLC. Services scheduled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $25.00 fee. All prices listed by Park City Concierge Services LLC are for services rendered by Park City Concierge Services LLC, and do not include charges for third party vendors or merchandise purchased at the client's request. A detailed, written invoice will be submitted at the end of service.
Errands and Shopping
All errand and shopping rates include time from the beginning of the task and for the first 15 miles of travel. Additional mileage will be calculated at $.50 per mile.
Cancellations:
24 hour notice is required for cancellation of any service. Failure to provide 24 hour notice will result in the full price of the requested service being charged. In addition, Park City Concierge Services will charge a $25.00 fee for cancellation. Less than 24 hour notice may also result in additional charges from third party vendors, as per their individual cancellation policies.
Access to Client's Property:
If Park City Concierge Services cannot gain entrance to the client's property to complete requested service, the client will be charged for the full cost of the requested service. Repeat visits to the property to complete service will incur repeat charges.
Privacy Policy:
All personal and credit card information will be collected only for the purpose of providing requested service by Park City Concierge Services and billing the client for the services rendered. At no time will said information be disclosed to a third party, except for the purpose of completing the requested service and completing the client's financial obligation to Park City
Concierge Services Fee Information:
There is a 1 hour minimum for any service. Additional billing is in half-hour segments. As many services as possible will be completed within the 1 hour limit.
Cost of individual purchases is not included in the hourly fee.
Mileage is included up to 15 miles: $.50/mile beyond the 15 miles.
Hourly rate begins from the time the office is left until the requested task is completed at $45 per Hour.
Any reservations requested will be held by credit card.
A written itinerary will be provided as soon as all services are complete. It is the client's
responsibility to be in place on time.
Payment balance is required upon completion. Cancellations require a 24 hour notice, or additional fees apply from both Park City Concierge Services LLC and third party services.
