We started Park City Concierge Services LLC in 2005 when we were employed at Promontory The Ranch Club in Park City,Utah.  Christian has an extensive back ground in food and beverage operations and is a culinary trained chef who graduated with honors from Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon.  He has been the Executive Chef at Promontory The Ranch Club in Park City and Aspen Meadows Resort in Aspen, Colorado. Fiona has experience in guest relations, reservations and hotel room management and is currently working with PCCS LLC.  Christian is a local who was born in Salt Lake City and raised in beautiful Park City.  Fiona is originally from Albuquereque, New Mexico and now calls Park City her home town.
